When you use the Lost Password feature and supply your email address, it sends you an email with your user name. When you use the Lost Password feature and supply your user name, it sends you an email with your password.

We know this feature is working correctly.

What a terrible dilemma. My Igigbook app stopped receiving new files and opening old ones. It was "stuck". I tried to log in, couldn't remember my password, so I used the Lost Password link, and I received the following message in an email:

"Your user name is: (blank) To obtain the password, use the lost password feature again and supply the user name instead of your email address"

I resubmitted my lost password request with my user name only. Stupidly, the site then says "email sent to "user name"". Of course no email arrived as my user name is not an email address. I also cannot re-register--the system keeps insisting I simply need to create a new password. I even tried uninstalling the app and starting over, but it still insists I exist and sends me to the lost password. Thank you anyone for helping; a pro musician is losing his mind here. And no-one to call?

In fact, I have no idea if I will receive any news of this post in an email either. It might just go into the ether. My email is jimmykeys@cox.net
