I don't find this index in my Content Manager, am I doing something wrong?

The RnB Fake Book 2nd Edition index is missing many composers' names, otherwise working fine.

The songs match up until page 15 then they go some where else. From "City Lights" on page 4 to "You're Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile" on page 15 it works fine. When I press "Little Hands" in the song list it goes to page 22 instead of page 16 and none of the other songs match up. There are no ...

When first setting up the app had to do a lot of syncs, now I can only do 2 a day that's not right! I have to wait each day or not sync for 1 day then I can sync up to 10 times again? Sorry but this app takes a while to learn how to sync, delete pages, etc. If make a mistake with deleting or adding ...
