Re: How to import books into igigbook

I'm sorry you're having trouble. Allow me to clear up some confusion you seem to be having. The book your bought for iBooks is only going to be available to iBooks that's how Apple has designed the operating system for the device and there isn't a way to take that book that you purchased via iBooks ...

Re: Can't bulk upload index entries with no composer info

I did a bulk upload x 3, correcting some stuff, now I have 3 entries for each song. Is there any way to just delete the index and start over? Your first step should be to proof your data thoroughly to minimize corrections that you made need to make. After you have proofed your data and performed th...

Re: Jazz1200-Transpose not in my index

If you have "Jazz Chord Charts - Transpose" in your Book List view, what happens when you select it and try to access the song "Autumn Leaves"? Are you having this problem with an iPad or an iPhone/iPod? If you copy the jazz1200p1.pdf to an iPhone/iPod and attempt to use it with iGigBook Mobile, tha...

Re: Sharing set list with other iGigbook users

The set list sharing feature was designed with the notion that the person(s) you want to share with do not have an iPad which is why it included the tunes in the set as a PDF. Additionally, if the person you want to share with has iGigBook and has the PDF files that you have loaded, they wouldn't ne...

Re: Crashes more and more

Is this a custom PDF that you have created and added bookmarks to?

How many bookmarks are in this PDF?

Are the bookmarks one level or are they multiple levels deep?

In the Settings App under General->About, what's the Available space?

Re: crashes while searching composers

Any composer data that you have created must begin with a letter a - z. For example "10cc" will need to be "Ten cc", "4 the cause" will need to be "Four The Cause". Eventually we will have a fix for this, but for now this is your fix.

Re: Standards real book

Usually the cause for something like this is failure to verify a PDF file that has been downloaded from the internet. How do you verify a PDF? Look at the table of contents in the PDF itself and then check that all the pages are present and in the correct order and that includes pictures. If you hav...
