I have contacted apple but no reply I'd still like a refund please Tim Apple has your financial information and sold you the app back in October of 2011, you only recourse is to contact them and explain why you want a refund. You can use preview on the Mac to add blank pages and rearrange the ones that are in the wrong order.

The first thing you need to do before thinking about offsets you have to vverify that all of the pages are present, meaning when you consult the index in the book itself the songs are on the pages indicated.

You can the bulk upload feature at my.igigbook.com for your index.

We'll have to study the password issue due to the different ways a book can be used in iGigBook...
