We're still waiting for the update to be approved. The update has been rejected due to a claim of 3rd party content in the app which does not exist. Sorry for the delay but it's not something we have control over.

I'm not sure why you had to reinstall the OS on your device but once a tablet is up and running and install using the Google Play store should be all that's required to have the app work correctly.
