Interesting... Like I said before we don't control what appears in that list or what appears in that dialog. I wish I could be of more help

It looks like a lot of apps are having problems because the approval process is currently taking a long time when a few months ago an update would be cleared in 24 hours.
I'm assuming you don't see a more option because you don't have Google Drive on your iPad. If you do have it, then that's something you're going to contact Apple about because they created the interface that you see.
