There isn't much we can do. Apple handles all of the financial aspects of the sale meaning that they have your credit card info and id in which you used to purchase the item.

I have iGigBook on my 6-year-old iPad and now that it's available for Android tablets, I am considering getting an Android tablet. Will they be on the same account and sharing data (set lists, etc.), or would I have to start from scratch on the Android? You would just log in with the same user name...
Looking into this further it seems you created to custom book entries but did not create any song entries for either of the custom books. Those index entries will not show up in your Book List view unless they have song entries associated with them.

It looks like you are already registered. If you see Logged In As (???) in the app, select Guest Mode and return to the Registration/Login screen and enter your credentials. Don’t remember what your credentials are? Use the Lost Password feature at http://www.igigbook.com.

The problem is that these devices emulate a keyboard but aren't keyboards. I believe AirTurn had some type of "switch" or combination that would allow the keyboard to function normally.
