I found that I had to repeatedly use this process to delete unused indexes that were cclogging my Book List and preventing display of desired indexes at the bottom. Please advise if I did something that prevented many from deleting the first and successive times through these steps.
Begin with iGigBook closed.
1) Open the iGigBookContent Manager in Safari and sign in.
2) For an index to be deleted, click its Edit button.
3) In the next window, uncheck the Active box and click the Save button.
4) Repeat steps 2) and 3) for each index to be deleted.
1) Open the Book List.
2) Click the Sync button.
Sometimes the deleted indexes reappeared, sometimes not. Once gone, thankfully they stayed gone, and the List is now satisfactorily pruned. I didn't find a way to exit the Content Manager, so I left Safari open until making a fresh start on the whole process.
