Those Kindle version are usually different from the physical book that they sell and does not have an index included. People that are using this index have a PDF that they created by scanning the physical book or acquired it from someone.

Well then, I'll keep doing what I am doing. Scanning a 2200 page document is not any easier. Nor cheaper since I already have the Kindle-> PDF document. The PDF document I created has bookmarks that work in my PDF reader but don't seem to work with the bookmark import mechanism in IgigBook for Android. Thanks.

Hey, just want to say that IgigBook is a fantastic tool for me. I play for a "Happy Hour" gathering about once a month at my retirement community. IgigBook gives me a means to identify new tunes and practice them and getting the set list ready for each gig. My colleagues who also play the other dates are hauling in stacks of sheet music - except for one guy who plays by ear and carries all the tunes around in his head.

If I were you I would try to get a hold of the physical book that the index is based off of, you may be able to look at the index pages on Amazon's site for the physical book. The physical book is 867 pages, which would be about 434 pages. Using a duplex sheet feed scanner with a 50 page capacity scanning at 25 ppm (less than $300 these days) one could be done in no time.

Wow, $300 is way above my pay grade. I'm not earning anything these days but have some time on my hands.
