Real Christmas Book not in Indexes

I have The Real Christmas Book downloaded in “My Books”, and changed the file name as indicated. When I try to index the book the name does not appear in the pop up menu. I have it set to ACTIVE in MY BOOKS on the content manager. I need to use this TONIGHT!! I closed the app and reopened but it is not there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you check your Book List view (first tab) you will see that the index is there with the PDF linked to it.

Just review your Book List view for that item it should be there unless the second item in your Book List view is "Guest Mode Active".

It IS Guest Mode Active. How do I turn that off?

It indictes that I am already registered and logged in. The screen freezes and I can’t do anything but cancel.

I checked my other iPad and the same thing happens. It indicates I am already registered, but will not deactivate guest mode. I turned my other device completely off. The device I am using now is an iPad Pro. I quit the app and nothing changes.

Guest Mode means: The indexes that you see in the Book List view reflect the guest account.

To get the Book List view to reflect the items marked active for your user name you need to press the sync button at the upper right.
