Synchronization issues version 1.40

We have found a bug in iGigBook where if you add a custom book, or activate and deactivate book indexes the changes may not be reflected in the Title Search, Composer Search, or Search in the Set List Manager. To work around this now, until we can release a fix, completely exit out of iGigBook by taking the following steps:
Close the app by pressing the home key
Press the home key twice to display a list of suspended apps
Press and hold any one of the suspended apps until they begin to jiggle
Press the red minus sign to the left of the iGigBook icon to completely exit the app.
