You can create a French topic by selecting New Topic however we don't speak French and would probably have to use something like Google Translate to get a less than perfect idea of what you are writing.

For Android there currently does not exist a means for printing a page, other than creating a set list and adding a single item to it and then emailing to yourself. You can also do a screen capture which will create an image that you can print.
