Just did the upgrade to 6 on my iPad pro, bought the drawing feature and now the app won't open. Just flashes back to homescreen. Do I need to reinstall? Frustrated.

Can you elaborate on exactly what happened? When did the app close? We need more information.

It closes as soon as try to open the app. Flashes black, then back to homescreen.

I was more interested in at what point the app closed initially i.e. what step in the process of making the purchase.

First try double tapping the Home key and swipe all apps up and then run iGigBook.

If that doesn't work, double tap the Home key again and swipe iGigBook up. Connect your device to iTunes and using File Sharing delete the file AppState.plist.

If that doesn't work, you will need to back up your content, uninstall and then reinstall using this guide: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=1802

I have used iGigBook since it came out and have loved it. I still have the app on my old and still fuctioning iPad2.
Will update on my iPad pros, one at a time. Just making sure,—if I start with updating one iPad Pro, it won’t update the others automatically will it? I want to make sure it goes smoothly before committing to updating all of them.
And I would still have to migrate each individual iPad from iGigBook 5 to iGigBook 6, correct?
One other question, since I was looking for it on the iPad 2, where do I find which version of iGigBook is on my iPad? There is no “about” tab to click on like on a desktop—
Thanks,
Skip

What will the Score Drawing feature allow me to do? I'd like to see a sample. Nevermind, I found it on the new release features post. :)

Thanks for the response, what I'm finding is that some songs across different fake books are giving me the "orphaned song entry" while they are very much in the fake books while most other songs seem to be ok when I set up setlists...I guess what I'm trying to find is a way to re-index various fake books so all songs are available for printing...Is there a secret command, besides checking and unchecking books in the my.igigbooks site that deals with cleaning out some of these messes...?

There's no migration. The app will update like it normally does.

No migration is required.
