index offset

I have to manually enter an index offset each time I load iGigBook, so it's not saving the number when I click "set". (Nexus 10, Lollipop) Any clues why this is happening?

Perhaps you are not logged in, this offset for the index is only saved when you are logged in. You can determine if you are logged into the app by looking at the Book List view, if you have an item titled Guest Mode Active, you are not logged in.

I was logged in. On a hunch I refreshed the page, which solves the problem.

I'm trying to get my Android offsets to stick (Note Pro 12.2). Should I create a different Log in for Android? Does it create a conflict if the Login in is already set up for ipad. Everything works fine on my ipad.

When you log into the Android version of the app with your user name and password, the same indexes and their offsets are downloaded to your device once you sync with the iGigBook server.

Thanks, Now that I've used my old log in I see the offsets are loaded however the app just crashes. Any insight on this?

More details are needed, "just crashes" doesn't really provide any information that can lead us to help you.
