In case other Android users are interested, the size of the book icons in the My Books list can be easily changed or made uniform. Mine varied in size, and the small ones caused some of the big ones to overlay each other. Moreover I find that the default size is rather large, limiting the number of books I can see at once. On the Android it is simple to use a File Manager program to replace the generated .png files -- just copy them to a system where you have a picture-editing tool, change the resolution, and replace the originals. Here's the result on my giant screen -- much better than the default, which is just 9 icons per page.
I'm sure I don't have to point out that manipulating the files used by iGigBook is not basically a good idea -- mostly, you should just work with the PDFs. But the .png image files seem pretty benign, and are each linked to their associated PDF by name, so I felt this was a legitimate technique for more experienced users.
