Crashes on first launch on Samsung Note12 , Android 5.0.2

Post by RobKastler » Thu Jan 05, 2017 6:05 pm

After successful use on iPad Air 2 bought Android - version for my Samsung Note12 SM-P900, Android 5.0.2.
On first launch it crashed (Unfortunately igigbook has stopped). Restarted tablet - tried to open again - crashed - crashed - sent report. Refund.
Dissatisfying - any idea what went wrong ?
Would love to use it on the big screen but have no idea what to do ...

You may not be able to repurchase the app...

Oftentimes if you have a lot of apps open there won't be enough memory for iGigBook to get started. There are people successfully using the app on the Note 12.2 however you should probably hold off on re-purchasing it until we have had a chance to look into it with an actual device.

Thanks, would be VERY sorry if it would not work or re-purchasing would be impossible ..

Memory should be no issue, because after tablet restart igigbook was the first and only app to open.

So I will have to wait - bad !

Unless you actually cleared out apps you were using they persist even after turning the device off and turning it back on. You would have to swipe them all away or go to settings and close them, unless you do either of these things, the apps are still there. If you go to settings-apps-running you'll get a better picture of what's going on. Unfortunately, there isn't much help we can offer you at this point, you don't have the app for Android. The iPad version works really nice on the iPad Pro.
