Hi Phil, ever since my last update for iPad, I am unable to see my song index in iTunes. Ive updated i Gig Book to version 5.2 and have re-downloaded the app within iTunes, still no index shown when clicking on the app. Is there a step I missed here?

Thanks,

Damian

It's not clear what you mean. Song indexes aren't in iTunes. Perhaps you can post a screen capture that illustrates what you mean. To take a screen capture hold the power button and press the home key.

sorry perhaps Im wording it wrong. In the past when connecting my iPad to my Macbook Pro, the app was shown in the app lists from the iPad, upon selection the app icon, my song lists showed up in iTunes so I could add, delete and rename songs the list no longer shows up within iTunes and thus Im currently unable to add any new charts to the app.

This is an iTunes issue so I'm not going to be of much help but your issue may be that you're not logged in to the iTunes app with the user name that you used to purchase the app. Apple support would be in a better position to help you with this.

ah, ok I'll look into it with Apple then. Thanks for responding so quickly. Hopefully I'll be up and running again soon.

All the best.
