Syncing Issue

Hello!

I've uploaded some new charts to igigbook through iTunes and indexed them properly however when syncing on my iPad they only come up in the 'My Scores' section, implying they are unindexed. I have gone through and checked all the book index codes are correct and tried again and still nothing?! I have a gig tonight and really need them for it!! Please help!!

After using the Content Manager to mark indexes active and inactive you have to follow that up by pressing the Sync button (two curved arrows) at the top of the Book List view. It looks like the last time you synced was in February.

Yeah that's the issue, I've synced many times before by pressing the two curved arrows however this time when I click on it, it says 'contacting server' and then 'finishing up' and after nothing has synced up! Why is it not working?!

I still don't see sync activity under your username...On the iPad

Select the icon the looks like a person.
Select guest mode.
Select the icon that looks like a person.
Log in with your user name and passoword.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately that's still not working. I have tried logging out and then back in again using the process you described and it hasn't made any difference. It still does not seem to want to sync properly when I click the sync 'arrows'.

I've attached a youtube video clip of what happens when I attempt to sync. Just to add I am definitely connected to the internet and as you can see, when I click to 'sync', nothing happens and none of my indexes come up on the screen.

UPDATE!! Problem solved!

Finally just managed to update the app and now it has synced correctly!
