guest mode after reinstall

Hello,

Igigbook didn't work smoothly. So I deleted it and reinstalled it. But now it keeps on hanging in guest-mode. I am logged in and I have restarted the app time after time. I have looked the forum for answers, none of them helped me out. Can you help?

Yes, it says guest mode because that's the set of indexes that are on the device. If you're logged into the app and then sync, you will no longer see Guest Mode as one of the options.

Thank you for your answer. Just in case I tried again.. (and again...) no luck. It will not synchronize.

I have just made a new registration... and that one works. As I was just beginning I will use a new login, and start over.

You may not be logged into the app. You should see your login name or email address at the top of the login screen. The solution isn't to create new log ins.

The synchronise is not working still..

What about the app is making you thing you're in Guest Mode?

Yes, I'm sure it was related. While I was logged in it even said I was guest and so it didn't synchronise. Then I made a new account and all went well. When I logged in with my original account again, things were getting buggy again... but for now it is working. But it is still working very unstable (which made me reinstall in the first place) Synchronize is not working properly. But I guess I have to live with it.
