App crashes?

I see a zombie thread below discussing app crashes, but I thought I'd post a fresh one. I have suddenly (last few days -- early June 2018) started having iGB crashes when working in both Set View and Set List Manager. (Of course, those are the elements I'm most likely to be using at any time anyway.) On occasion I've actually had to log back into iOS. One time, the set list I was working on suddenly lost all its separators. All the tunes were there in the correct order, but the little separators were all gone. I thought that might be a clue.

I'm installing iOS 11.4 on my iPad Pro, and checking that all the apps are up to date. My system is always pretty current.

I am hoping this is not a sign of a hardware problem, but that's my first thought. However, before going too far down the diagnostic rabbit-hole, I thought I'd ask if you have any suspicions of problems either in the current iGB or in recent iOS updates that might lead to unexpected crashes like these. Thanks for any info you might have. I'm expecting to hear "Nope, everybody else is running fine."

You haven't given me anything to work with and you are the only one I've heard from with such a problem. As you know, repeatable steps allows one to fix a problem quickly(in most cases) whereas non-repeatable or no steps doesn't allow one to do much.

Great, thanks, that's exactly the feedback I was after. I thought there was a chance you might say "Yes the latest iOS has a compatibility issue etc. etc." in which case I could ascribe it to that.

Given that I'm not coming into the middle of a known problem, I'll start analyzing things. My guess is that it's a hardware problem since the whole system is sometimes restarting. If I get anything concrete I will of course pass it along.

Just a follow up on this, in case any future readers find this thread. After upgrading to iOS 11.4, the problems stopped. Presumably either there was an actual OS bug, or the restart cleared out some condition that was creating instability. At any rate, nothing to do with iGigBook.
