File sharing options not accessible in iTunes

I'm trying to upload files to my iPad in iTunes, but when I go into iTunes and select my ipad > apps > iGigBook, I cannot access the lower part of the screen where you transfer files to the iPad for use in iGigBook. No matter what I do, the lower part of the screen remains obscured by the graphic showing the "capacity" of my iPad. I can select iGigBook in the Apps control, but can't access the controls where you add/delete files.

I have reinstalled iGigBook multiple times and reinstalled iTunes to no avail. Is this an iTunes issue, or am I doing something really stupid?

This has happened before, but miraculously fixed itself. No such luck this time.

This is something you will need to contact Apple support on, they would be in a better position to help you resolve this. I haven't seen an instance where you could not access the file sharing section of an app in itunes.

Thanks for the speedy reply. After beating my head against the wall for a few hours, I was getting ready to call Apple, and what do you know, I go to sync my iPad, and then the scroll bar appears and I can access that section of the screen. I'm not a tech newbie, I know that it wasn't there. But what the hell, just sync and move on.

Too lazy to call apple care now, and nothing's broken. If I ever get a solution to this I'll update this post.

After experiencing intermittent issues w/ iTunes, I've given up using it for file management.

Now I just put the files on Dropbox and import them that way. Dropbox also has an app for the iPad.

Thought someone might find this helpful.
