Post by mpianoplyr » Mon Apr 15, 2013 2:36 pm

The App doesn't seem to have internet connectivity on my IPAD. Where can I go to get a pdf?

There may be something wrong with your device or your internet connection. You have to figure out on your own how to get a PDF files, sorry but we can't offer you help with that here.

Dear Phil,

The issue is with your app. Apple said the internet is working but not with your application. Can you send me a link? It's frustrating.....Phil

Okay, describe what about the app you are trying to use that isn't working, that's unclear from what you have posted so far. To help you I need as much information as possible.

iGigBook doesn't provide a URL, you must provide your own URL for your own PDF. If you are under the impression that we provide URLs for download, that impression would be wrong. Do you have a URL to a PDF that is not working?

I can't figure why the two new pdf files with the correct name from your indexes won't sync in iTunes. The books display on my MAC but the files don't transfer when I sync the iPad with my MAC. I put them into file sharing on iTunes but I'm missing the last step. Please help.

It's not clear to me what you have done. What are the names of the files that you have copied to the iGigBook Documents folder using iTunes with your device connected to your computer?
