This App Is Lame

Post by Mark88keys » Wed May 01, 2013 4:37 am

This app is lame and I want my money back. I've spent a long time with it only to learn that that its an expensive, useless piece of fluff. Who do I talk to for a refund? Apple? You? I feel ill used paying for something that works this poorly.
Sincerely,

You have to contact Apple about a refund, but after six months, I'm not sure how much success you're going to have.

I can't believe that any one would call this app LAME. I've been using the app for well over a year now and it has totally changed my music making life. I used to have to carry around a milk crate of sheet music to cover requests that may come up at my gigs. Now all I bring is my iPad. Everybody in the band has an iPad with iGigBook on it and we do our set lists and have a wonderful time not having to shuffle lead sheets around and fumbling with our music. I can easily add any arrangement that is not in the fakebook indexes via My Scores and I am good to go.

iGigBook is the only reason I have an iPad. Kudos to a life changing app.

Thanks for the kind words Jim, and I'm glad the app is working out for you.

I think the comments reflect frustration on the part of this user and it's unfortunate that the user didn't ask for help to resolve issues they were/are having.

I'm doing a small production of the musical "9 To 5" and I'm using iGigBook along with iGigBook Pager to handle the hands free page turning duties and it is working out great!
