Just saw your recommendation not to use a dot for search. Of course i do not. But I am afraid to accidentially run into this problem during a gig or session, and cannot recover from this w/o WLAN connection.

Another observation: When searching for a dot in song search, I get many songs. When scrolling through the list, Igigbook stops when I have reached the very end of the list. But it can be restartet without problem.

The solution is not uninstalling or clearing the program data. We wish we could reproduce the behavior but cannot and have used 4 different tablets from 4 different manufactures with different versions of Android running.

Version 2.8.5 which should be available to you shortly will only search once you enter 2 or more characters. The volume of results returned by a single character may be overwhelming your device in addition to the lack of real world usefulness of that many search results.

Ok, thanks, will install the next version. Clearing program data is not the liked solution, but without clearing, igigbook will not start again, probably since the search record will be kept somewhere. Is there a way to clear the search record, so that clearing all data and resynch ist not required?
Could this be a possible problem fix, if it is programmed into igigbook. This would help to start with a clear reset and well defined start conditions.
Thanks

I think, I found a song pdf file that caused problems. Without this one, searches with 'e.' seem to be ok. Since I cannot attach PDF files, I will send it to you directly by email

When sending the critical file to your support-ID, I always get the message: inbox full. Tried several times. Anyhow, after restoring this song file under a different name, I could not force the error anymore. Thanks for your great support.

You can just send us the name of the file via email since that seems to be what the problem is. We would be very interested in looking at it.

The name of the file is 'Groove Elation.PDF'.
