How To Fix The "Regrant Failed" Error

"Regrant Failed! Please Purchase Software Application First"
Open the settings app and scroll down to iTunes & App Store and select it.
On the right tap on Apple ID: and select Sign Out from the menu.
Restart your device, by holding down the power button and the home button until you see the Apple Logo.
Select Sign In and enter your Apple credentials.

If the above does not work, try the following:

Connect your device to iTunes and backup the iGigBook Documents folder to your computer using iTunes File Sharing.
Uninstall the app after backup up the files otherwise they will be lost
Restart your device, by holding down the power button and the home button until you see the Apple Logo.
Reinstall the app and copy the files you backed up to the iGigBook Documents folder before running the app.
