Buyer Beware ★

My part in the dissatisfaction of this App is my misunderstanding of what this App is, and does. I thought that this App would give me access to multiple volumes of "Real Book" charts, complete with melodies. It does not. The nature and benefit of this App still eludes me, as I don't understand what the 'publishing code' of a book is, and how to use said 'code' to access actual charts or sheet music. After purchasing this product, I spent a good amount of time with the App navigating around and reading directions but I still did not have an idea of what to do with this App. When I contacted 'support' for the App, I received a response which re-iterated what was written in the App already about accessing codes for different volumes of books. I still had no idea what this meant and did not receive a response from 'support' for a clarification on this is or how I can begin using the App.

I can see that if you don't have any real books, fake books and sheet music in PDF format, it would be hard to understand what the app is for especially if you're under the impression that the app is going to provide the sheet music which it does not.

There is an item in the Book List view titled "** TAP HERE FOR HELP". When you select this item there is an item titled "* An iGigBook Overview - Please Read This First" which explains what iGigBook is and what it isn't and how to get started with app and how to get help.
