Unable to register

Hello,

I have attempted to register but I keep getting a message that says "It looks like you are registered...". I then went to the lost password feature on the website and when I entered the email address that I tried to register I get a message that says "Could not locate the user: ..." How can I register?

Select the heart icon at the top of the Book List view or My Scores view and send us a message indicating what user name you are attempting to use.
