What version of iGigBook Mobile are you running on the iPhone? Can you send the appstate.plist file in your iGigBook Mobile documents folder to help [at] igigbook.com?

The sync button on the Book List screen on my iPad is disabled (greyed out). What does that mean?

I set several indexes to Active but I'm not able to sync them.

I am logged in to both the iPad and the Web site with the same username/password.

The account screen on the iPad says that I'm currently logged in.

I just installed the app. This is my first experience using it. Kind of frustrating.

Ok, I figured it out. I shut down the app from the multitasking screen on the iPad. When I restarted it the sync button was enabled, and I was able to update the Book List with my recently activated indexes.
