Drat! This was an issue of the wrong .pdf being renamed and then not restarting the app to see the change. Sigh. Sorry to have troubled you.

The index for this book is completely incorrect. Songs in that are supposed to be in the book are simply not there. I've double checked the pdf and cross referenced with the index, but the index provided by iGigbook is not correct.
