I've sent a help request via the app. Since I use both the iPhone and the iPad app, do they both count towards the sync limit? I can't sync them both at the same time. Thanks!
Do you mean that if that ever happened years ago, then forever you only have 2 syncs a day? It has been literally years - I can't remember having synced 10 times, but if I did it was when I first got the app 5 years ago. I haven't synced it at all in months.
Hi - I am running up against the "maximum syncs" issue. From what I understand you are allowed 10 syncs a day but I get that message with only 2. What would be causing that and how can I fix it?
