I'm just getting started here, and want to load pdf scans of my hand-written charts, so that I can access them more quickly than shuffling paper when on the gig. And I promise to read the extensive HowTo's. But.... iGigBook seems to see all the other pdf files that I normally use Readdle's Documents...
