Re: Why do I have so many junk entries under “Unindexed Scores”?
.. once a PDF is indexed it should be removed from the My Scores tab. Just in case you're still puzzling over this old discussion, I have found that some situations like this disappear if you do a 'refresh' on My Scores (not a resynch on the Book List, which has to do with the server entries). Alte...

Re: iGigBook Version 6.5 For iPad, iPad Mini, iPad Pro Now Available
The PDF editor preview looks great. This should be a big help to many users.

Annotate set lists
The ability to annotate PDFs is so convenient that I wish we had a way to do something slightly similar with set lists. For example: * set color for some entries * add a code or symbol to some entries * add a text box on the page I realize we can rename entries and add separators, and I do that. But...

Re: Prevent iPad sleep
To be honest with you, this is something we aren't to look into until iPadOS is released. We're not big fans of rushing to rework stuff that eventually gets worked out in a later iOS release. This issue with Face ID seems to be a bug because in an ideal world the device shouldn't sleep when an app ...

Re: Prevent iPad sleep
What would be different from switchable in the app versus switchable via settings? Seems to me the issue of forgetting would still exist. What am I missing? Just to jump in here, if it were app-specific then this would presumably only apply when running iGigBook, but would hopefully leave sleep ope...

Re: Prevent iPad sleep
In the interim you can always opt not to use Face ID. We will look into it but it's a very low priority item. Thanks. My first priority was to let you know about it. As the proportion of users with 2018+ iPads increases this will presumably become more of an issue. Turning off FaceID Iis not a very...

Re: Prevent iPad sleep
I have confirmed that the new FaceID interface ignores the iGigBook attempt to prevent sleep when a PDF is displayed. The device goes to sleep regardless of what is displayed.

Re: Sharing drawings/notes
Simplest way is to copy the content from one iPad to the other using iTunes using the date of the files as a guide to what is or isn't up to date. Yes, thanks, this is exactly what I do. However it's only practical if you're at your desktop. I was picturing some way to transfer via email, as with s...

Sharing drawings/notes
Now that I have an Apple Pencil I find the drawing feature extremely useful. They finally attach magnetically to the iPad, making them entirely practical on stage. My wish-list request is for some streamlined way to share these annotations between iPads. My new iPad goes to gigs, and that's where us...

Re: Prevent iPad sleep
<snip> iGigBook already disables sleep mode when you are viewing a PDF page. We've discussed this before, but since the topic has come up again, I'll mention that I spend most of my iGigBook time on stage displaying a set list rather than a PDF page. I don't usually go to the PDF page if I know the...
