Re: unable to register

Currently there is a problem with registering if you have an email address of the type .co.uk, .com.au, etc. You can register by taking off the additional portion from your email i.e. .co.uk would become .co which will allow you to register then you can send an email to: help [at] igigbook [dot] com...

Re: Book Index Issues

I'm just starting setting up IGigBook, which appears to work well with some of the PDFs I have, but I'm also facing same problem as above with 'The new real book' Vols 1, 2 and 3. Seems that the indexes provided, respectively nrealbk1 2 and 3 are not matching songs of the PDFs I have on my PC: ie :...

Re: Book Index Issues

I'm generally getting on OK with this app - got about 8 books working well so far. One is giving me trouble though - the new standards real book (Chuck Sher). The PDF has nothing missing, but the synching up gets worse as the book progresses - it's not an offset issue. It seems as though the index ...

If you launch the App Store app(Which should have a red circle with a number on the top right) on your device, the last tab on the right should say "Updates" which also has a red circle with a number on the top right.

Re: Creole Books

No I didn't mention it because the tuba book is in the same key as the bass book but notated an octave lower. How would having an octave transposition help you?

Re: Interent connection required

There could be a problem with the link that you are using, try placing the same URL into mobile Safari on your device to see if the PDF loads.

Re: My Scores - Add Composer and Song Title

1. You cannot search for items that are in My Scores using Find Composers. You can search for items in My Scores in the Song Search but only if the item has a bookmark. "Armstrong Louis - Wonderful World" - If you have a PDF named "Armstrong Louis - Wonderful World.pdf" in the My Scores view, displa...

Re: Problem emailing set lists with pdf

I have confirmed that this is a problem with all charts that transpose and there is no workaround other than to not include any of those charts in a set list that you want to share. If a person needs one of those charts, they can always go to www.jazzstudies.us. It should be fixed in the next versio...

Re: Bulk upload status?

BTW you didn't say anything about my use cases...where new pages get added other than at the end. Did that make sense, or do you think I am in an atypical situation? Those actions (inserting pages for nearby placement, or matching an evolving paper book) don't t seem weird to me, but maybe they are...
