Do all activated indexes appear in the Book list?

Greetings!
I love the app, just got it. I have activated Dick Hyman's 100-Tunes-Every-Musician-Should-Know in Manage My Book Settings online, index list is dhpccs100t.pdf, and loaded it into my iPad, but it always shows up in My List as unindexed. When i press and hold the name i've tried linking it to an index but the correct one doesn't show, only the indexes in the app originally.

Do all activated indexes appear in the Book list? If not, why not? How to resolve this?

Whenever you mark an item as active or inactive using my.igigbook.com you have to follow that up with pressing the sync button (two curved arrows) at the top of the Book List view to pull that new information down onto your device. If you don't do that you won't see any changes to the list of indexes present on your device.
