page missing in setlist

Hi Phil,
I just needed to add the title When The Saints Go Marching in from The Firehouse Jazz Band Fake Book (fjfakebk, pdf-page 338, Number 241) to a setlist. The lead sheet contains 2 pages, they are both accessible from the book view, but when accessed from the setlist only page 1 appears. What's wrong?
