Fix for notes from one chart appearing on the identical page number of another when swiping from chart to chart.

A big thank you goes out to the App Review crew at Apple for turning this update around in less than 24 hours. :D

This is the last version that will support a version of iOS prior to 6.0. If you have a 1st generation iPad this will be the last and final update compatible with your device.
