There’s a 1$ charge on my Amex card from itunes “pending verification “ but no pencil ability on iGigBook 6 yet.

Try checking your purchase history as outlined in this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088. From what I see, no payment was made. Update: I do see the payment, it should work fine now.

I got it working, apparently the original purchase didn’t go through so I purchased again, works great!

I'm pretty much a novice -- but I've had iGig for awhile. So I did the download of 6 as an update, then tried to sync and got the following message: "Regrant failed Please purchase the software application first." Well there doesn't appear to be anyway to purchase anything, neither in my booklist or on iTunes, so I'm at a loss. Suggestions?

"Regrant failed..." is referring to issues with the account you're logged into the app store on the device with and the account that the app was originally purchased with. Went ahead with the upgrade - a bit disappointing to pay AUD$7.99 when $4.99 (presumably USD) was quoted. Nevertheless, play on as they say.

Phil, will you be updating iGigBook Mobile with the writing feature and if so, will the in-app purchase from the iPad version apply to the iPhone version?

Installed V6 and tried to make notes. The feature behaves a bit erratic with the Apple Pencil, making it hard to really control the writing process. What can i do?

Same here. VERY erratic and unlike any other app that allows handwriting. Not really worth the AU$7.99 I paid for the IAP.
