sharing PDFs

Post by dorianmode »

Hi there,

A great feature of igigbook is sharing your PDFs (setlist) with band members for the gig that evening. However, wherever I try and do this it sends random files - it starts with the setlist but finished with my entire charts book. Am I missing something? I'd like to use this feature.

cheers
Dorian

Explain what you mean by random files.

Hi Phil,

Thanks for the reply, mate.

Ok, I have a gig list - say 20 songs - in the app. I want to share it with the other musicians in the trio as a PDF file (containing all the songs in the setlist). But igigbook emails the first few PDFs in the setlist (great!) but included in the file 327 charts from my personal mycharts folder and nothing else from the setlist. So in other words, it sends an entire book of charts at random - from the point after the first song on the list, if that makes sense.

kind regards
Dorian

If the items are from My Scores, the assumption is that you want the entire PDF unless you create a bookmark that specifies a specific page and number of pages.

Thanks for the reply. No the items were not from My Scores, mate.

Are the charts from a set list that has entries from one of our indexes or one of your custom indexes?

Both. Some are from my index some are from the real book indexes. It's only doing it on some of the setlists for some reason. I can send some fine but sending others it becomes weird.
