New buyer cannot get PDFs linked to index

After 2 days and 6 hours of trying, this app still does not work. I have a bunch of fake book pdfs on my Mac, and renamed them exactly according to the book codes. Using iTunes, I added and linked only one successfully (The Brazilian Jazz Real Book.) But each one I have added after that does not link--in book list view the composers' names are grayed out and I get a message that the PDF is missing. But the PDFs are NOT missing according to iTunes-- they are shown, with the proper name, under Igigbook documents, but I cannot see them on the iPod, only on the iMac's iTunes. They are not showing up under unindexed scores either. Only the Sample Book is showing up in the unindexed scores, but since this HAS been named correctly (sample.pdf) it should not be unindexed, it should be viewable in the book list and songs should be able to be searched, but they cannot be. I have tried rebooting, removing and re-installing the app, and anything else I could think of, but this app is simply not working and I am very upset that there is absolutely no tech support other than this blog. Can somebody please help me?

Here is a link to the How To Add A PDF Book/Score To iGigBook. This how to has screen shots that you can compare what you are seeing on your Mac. If you have copied the PDF files to the iGigBook Documents folder using the directions outlined in the how to, you should at the very least be able to see them in the My Scores view. You may need to refresh the My Scores view to see newly added PDF files. The first icon at the top left of the My Scores view, refreshes the view.


The Sample PDF, sample.pdf appears in My Scores because it is not named correctly to link to the the sample index. The New User Super Simple Index Tutorial shows you how to find out what the correct name should be and how to change the name:


FYI: The first item in the Book List view is titled "NEED HELP? TAP HERE!" Once you select that, item 10 is titled "Need More Help?" and when you select that you are directed to the help forum which is here and an email address is also provided. These are your two and only sources of help for iGigBook and we get back to people within 24 hours, even on Sunday. Often times uninstalling and reinstalling is not the answer.
