Are all the charts on the jazzstudies.us site included in the on-device Jazz Chords Charts-Transpose file that the app has downloaded? For example, "Christmas Time Is Here" is on the website but not included in the on-device file. An index search for that tune just points to various fakebook PDFs that I don't have. Running sync doesn't do anything. Do I need to be on-line to access the whole range of charts on the website?
(Context: Running v. 2.71 of the app under Android 5 on an Acer Iconia B-820.)

Re: Jazz Chords site vs on-device charts
That chart is not contained in the index "Jazz Chord Charts - Transpose", moreover, charts that you may see at http://www.jazzstudies.us will not necessarily appear in "Jazz Chord Charts - Transpose". No amount of syncing will make a chart that isn't in the index appear in the index, unless of course we add something to the index and then instruct you to sync to pull down the additional data.
"Christmas Time Is Here" is contained in the index "Holiday Chord Charts - Transpose" and you should be able to go to my.igigbook.com and activate that index, sync and get access to that chart.

Re: Jazz Chords site vs on-device charts
Phil, I must be out of practice or terribly forgetful, but I can't find figure out how to simply add the holidaygigs index to my.igigbooks.com on my PC in order to activate it on my iPad. (Once I have it on my.igigbooks.com, I think can take it from there, but I simply don't remember how to add a standard index such as holidaygigs to my PC or to my iPad, when it doesn't already appear, even greyed out, either in Manage My Books, Manage My Book Settings on my PC or on My Scores (or Book List) on my iPad.)
Thanks for your help,
Andy

The reason you are unable to see this index is because it's seasonal which means only people that have newly purchased the app will have it added to their list of stock indexes. Once you have it though, it stays in your list. I think we re-activated this index somewhere in mid December, I'll make sure that it gets added to your list.Farkenzi wrote:Phil, I must be out of practice or terribly forgetful, but I can't find figure out how to simply add the holidaygigs index to my.igigbooks.com on my PC in order to activate it on my iPad.
