2nd pages not included in PDF set list

Post by Jim.Hashman » Tue Nov 06, 2012 2:21 am

I'm having a problem with emailed set lists that include the PDF file of the tunes. Only the first page of multiple page tunes is included in the PDF file.

Example: I tried to email "Sack Of Woe" from the Colorado Cookbook. It is a two pager - pages 183 and 184. When I send a set list with this tune, only page 183 is included; not the 2nd page. I've tried several tricks such as setting repeats and also including the following song, "Salt Peanuts" on page 185, which is also a two pager. When I send a set list with these two tunes, only the first page of each is included, pages 184 and 186 are missing.

I am using an iPad running iOS 6.0, iGigBook version 1.76

"Salt Peanuts" is a single page chart but "Sack of Woe" is two pages but wasn't marked as such in the index. If you pull the indexes down again from the iGigBook server this problem should be fixed.

Thank you, that worked.

Is there a way I can fix indexes if I come across another tune with the same problem?
And, if I upload my own tunes (I have a few that I have a full multi-page piano part for) do I need to do something to indicate there are multiple pages in the tune for creating a PDF of the set list?

You cannot fix any of the stock indexes that we provide, just report the problem and we'll take care of it.

If you have a PDF file that has four pages and want to include that in a set list and share that with someone, you would need to create a bookmark which allows you to specify how many pages the bookmark spans. More information about bookmarks is available here in the How To section:
