Active books not showing up in index list

Active books not showing up in index list

I'm having an issue when the books I mark active aren't showing up in the index list so I can't link them. Also, there's a few that are not marked active that are showing up. maybe corrupt db? any suggestions?

Whenever you mark an item active or inactive it must be followed up with pressing the icon at the top of the Book List view that looks like two curved arrows in order for the Book List View to reflect the changes. If you go to the content manager and mark 5 items active and 6 other items inactive, you won't see any change in the Book List View until you sync.

If the second thumbnail in the Book List View is titled "Guest Mode Active" in red, it means you aren't logged in and no matter how many times you sync you will only see the indexes from the guest account.

thanks. yes I synced book list and my scores. I was able to add most the pdf's the other day, but when I re-synced the following day many became unindexed. this isn't a syncing problem, and now even though their marked they aren't showing up in the index list after sync. I think it's a glitch, maybe db corruption?. I've uninstalled once because I was having issues, and then this is happening after that. not sure how to fix this. any help is greatly appreciated. btw I'm running iGig on Ipad

Use the heart icon to send us a screen capture of your Book List View and the Login/Registration View.

It looks like you uninstalled, reinstalled but never logged in to the app. Every sync you do is from the Guest account which will not reflect any changes you have made in the Content Manager. The second thumbnail in the Book List View will in red say "Guest Mode Active".
