I found a web page (IGigbook Home Page < Board Index < New Users < IGigbook How To) with instructions on How To Create Your Own Book Index For Your Custom Book but when I go to the website http://my.igigbook.com and try to log in I am rejected. Do I need another username and password other than for IGigbook for this site or does this site no longer exist? If it doesn't exist how can I have a book index for a custom pdf music book?
