"My Book Settings" displays all the book indexes that are available to you and the "Active" column indicates whether or not that index will appear on your device. A check mark means that the index for that book will appear on your device. If you want to add indexes to your device, check the active flag of the book indexes that you want to appear on your device and then sync by pressing the sync button located at the top right of the Book List view on your device.
