If when you try to launch iGigBook it looks like it's opening and then closes here's what you can do to fix it.
Connect your device to iTunes
Select your device from the left hand column in iTunes
Select Apps from the top menu bar in iTunes.
Scroll down to the File Sharing section.
Select iGigBook to display the files.
Delete the file AppState.plist
