How to resolve update issues

Sometimes the update process may not work as expected causing iGigBook to close immediately after starting. The follow steps have proven to help resolve problems with updates:

1. Back up your iGigBook Documents Folder to your computer using the iTunes "Save to..." option.

2. Uninstall iGigBook. (see item 6)

3. Reinstall iGigBook, launch it and then completely exit out of it.

4. Restore the files you backed up in step 1 with the exception of AppState.plist to your iGigBook Documents Folder.

5. If you left a negative review in the App Store because of this issue, update it to reflect that you have had your issues resolved.
