A place where unregistered users can request help or ask questions.
I purchase igigbook yesterday, and when trying to register with the app, I get username is use. When using the lost password online, I get not registered. I've used the delete app, turn off communications and re-register procedure. Same results. What next?

What user name where you trying to use? If it says a user name is in use, that actually means it is in use and so you need to select a different user name.
