Sorry for any delay in replying. Life does tend to intrude.Phil Smith wrote:If you backed up your device while 2.66 was installed, doing a restore should work.
Backing up when 2.66 was installed? Well, no, I did not.
C'est la vie.
The iGig Pager is tragically a lost entity to me, then, or will be until Mrs Darkk gets a new iPhone and gives me her old one to replace my outdated old steam-powered iPod Touch 4th Generation that will no longer allow me to turn my iGigbook pages. Hopefully, her grimy old phone will still be serviceable for such purposes and technology will not by then already have hyper jumped into the next dimension.
And all this prompts from me yet another question that is not on topic for this thread but I'll ask it here anyway.
If Mr Hap E. iGigBookuser were perfectly content with iGigbook version 2.66, could he have it such that he could update iGigbook when he was ready to and prevent iGigbook from updating itself? Is that answer yes, is it no, or is that answer something else?
As always, I appreciate your response and look toward it with lively anticipation.
