Have the PDF, Need the Index

Hi Folks, I have the Christmas Real Book PDF but when I go to index it iGigbook, the index is not listed. I'm running iGigBook 9
How can I upload an index if I don't see it in the list?

Also, after researching, I learned that if the index is not showing, it's because it is not activated on the website.
I logged on and noticed that it was already in fact activated but still not showing, along with a host of other indexes not showing.
So I've got the PDF's but am unable to index them on my iPad since the corresponding indexes are not showing in the list.

Hi Phil, I saw the book in that list but wasn't seeing it on my iPad but after reading your link, I realized it wasn't sync'ed up.
After syncing, it magically appeared. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Yes, after you mark something active or inactive you have to follow up with a sync so that the changes are reflected in your Book List View. Best practice is to figure out what indexes you need active or inactive, set them in the Content Manager and then sync as opposed to doing 1 index at a time.
