Gesture Detection?

Can you flip pages by winking or moving your head - like you can with Piascore? Can iGig Book / Pager detect movement that way, rather than having to tether my phone to me and detecting motion on the phone? I want to:

• not use a second device

• use the camera on my iPad to recognize a head turn, wink, or other motion and turn pages based on that

As a guitarist, attaching a second device to my ankle doesn't work as I am constantly moving my legs as I tap dance around my pedalboard. Tethering it to my arm is no good because - I'm a guitarist.
